Delivery Charge(s)
All orders are charged at a rate of £3.30 ($3.30) per tape or cd.
Time for Delivery
We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. For customers within Ireland or the UK, your order will usually be delivered to your front door within 5 to 7 working days. European and American customers - please allow 14 days for delivery. Rest of the world - allow up to 30 days for delivery. Note: customers paying via money order - your order will not be sent out until we receive payment.
Delivery Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your order once the checkout process is complete. You may also print off the final screen for your records. If you are ordering via credit card, you will receive a follow-up mail within 24 hours telling you that your payment has been approved and your order is being processed. If you are ordering via money order, we will send you a follow-up mail as soon as your payment has arrived.
Returns Policy
Faulty Goods: you have seven days from date of receipt of your cds or tapes to inspect them for faults. If the goods are faulty please contact us via email within seven days, quoting date of order and the order number. All faulty products will be replaced without charge.
Cancellation of order: you may cancel an order within 3 working days provided it has not already been dispatched.
Undelivered Goods
If your order is not delivered please contact us and we will investigate the cause. If necessary we will send replacements.
